B:1 Will Initially Be Empty, B:2 Will Have The Title # Invited And B:3 On Downward Will Have Numerals Filled In.

It's really easy once you figure it out. The best way i know how to do it is export to excel, then create a mail merge into a word document. But to answer your question in case you need to do this for future mailings: Make sure your file is not a workbook with data in multiple sheets.
