Clone Trooper Helmet Template - Halo costumers are getting great results too so i wanted to get clone armor out there. I really would like to make a ct phase 1 out of foam. Do it at your own risk. I would like to start with a phase 1/2 helmet and work my way up to full set thank you :) I liked the new design but stormtrooperguys. I started out using my trusty template glue stick. The new template is a bit smaller in height, but is bigger in width, and also shares most of the helmet asymmetries (as described in the helmet anatomy).

I am working on this helmet the only problem i am having is getting the stock to stick together. I guarantee you that you'll spend more money, time and effort scratchbuilding an armor than purchasing a plastic kit. I have nearly all parts pepped out now except one of the forearms, knee pads, elbow pads, and ab pieces. If anyone has files please let me know. I would like to start with a phase 1/2 helmet and work my way up to full set thank you :) It worked decent on the dome but is failing under the stress on the face and jaw pices.

I Guarantee You That You'll Spend More Money, Time And Effort Scratchbuilding An Armor Than Purchasing A Plastic Kit.
